Please be considerate of other guests and our small business by providing at least 24 hours noticeof cancellations or reschedules for any reason. Cancels within 24 hours of appointment time may result in a fee, as they greatly impact our small business and our ability to serve others.

Bookings are made online only. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to our policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation including services intending to be paid with a gift card at service time. Cash payments accepted at time of services rendered.

Both eGift cards and physical gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Cards do not expire and can be redeemed for any services or products offered by KC Head Spa. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. To check your card balance, visit this link .
